· You also have certain rights to challenge decisions made about you. We do not currently envisage that any decisions will be taken about you using automated decision-making in the course of you working with us, but we will notify you in advance if this changes.

10.2 Employees of Fairfield are trained to handle personal data securely and with utmost respect and they will treat your personal data strictly confidential.
